This beautiful, but dated home, needed a little help. The clients wanted to keep the footprint of their home, but reconfigure it to be more suitable for a master suite.
With careful planning, 2112 Design Studio was able to create 2 suites: A Guest Suite with an attached (Added) bathroom, and a new Master Suite, with custom everything! This home boasts an old-world charm, with a hint of modern glitz and glamour.
All fixtures and special touches are totally custom, and very high-end. 2112 Design Studio started by designing the space and drafting the construction documents and plans. Then, the project managed the construction process, managed all subcontractors, and kept the budget. All interior design and décor were chosen by 2112 Design Studio and approved by the client. When construction was finished, furniture was chosen and procured in North Carolina by 2112 Design Studio and shipped to Yakima, WA. When it arrived, 2112 Design Studio staged the home appropriately.
